The State Education Board (SEB) of Gujarat, will declare the Gujarat TAT Answer Key 2018. Candidates can access the Gujarat TAT Answer Key 2018 through online mode only. Answer key is a very helpful resource for the aspirants of Gujarat TAT 2018. Through Answer Key, aspirants can predict the probable scores that they have achieved. Answer Key will help students to check their performance and possibility of predicting if they have cleared the exam or not. For every correct answer, candidate will be awarded with 1 mark only. There is no negative marking for this exam. With the help of this article, candidates can check the complete details regarding Gujarat TAT Answer Key 2018 and how to download the same.
It will be a multiple choice based question paper.
There will be two parts.
Part 1 consists of 100 questions, each containing 1 mark.
Part 2 is further divided into 2 parts, one part containing 50 questions – 30 questions of 2 marks each and 20 questions of 1 mark each, whereas the other part, containing 20 questions of 1 mark each.
With 170 questions, totaling up to 200 marks Maru Gujarat TAT 2018 is held for 180 mins.

Diwali is perhaps the most important festival celebrated by Hindus all around the world. Diwali 2018 will be celebrated on 7th November in most parts of India, and on 6th November in the South Indian states of Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Hindu residents of Singapore will also celebrate Diwali along with these three states on November 6th, 2018. The festival and its celebrations usually last for five days, among which the third day is the main day. During all the five days of Dhanteras, Chhoti Diwali, Badi Diwali, Govardhan Pooja and Bhai Dooj, houses, temples and public places are all lit up with lights and earthen lamps. The themes of 'victory of good over evil' and 'victory of light over dark' are associated with the festival. The festival falls in the month of Karthik, according to Hindu calendar. According to the Gregorian calendar, the festival falls during the months of either October or November.
Also referred to as the festival of lights or Deepavali, Diwali celebrations have evolved in countless ways over the years. It is considered auspicious to buy new goods during the days preceding Diwali. Hindus are busy cleaning and renovating their houses and repairing furniture. People also paint their houses and rooms in new colours and purchase new home appliances, clothes and other things in the run up to Diwali. The third day of the five-day festival marks its climax and is a public holiday in the Indian subcontinent.

When choosing a policy, it is important to understand how insurance works. Three important components of insurance policies are the premium, policy limit, and deductible. A firm understanding of these concepts goes a long way in helping you choose the policy that best suits your needs.
A policy's premium is its price, typically expressed as a monthly cost. The premium is determined by the insurer based on your or your business's risk profile, which may include creditworthiness. For example, if you own several expensive automobiles and have a history of reckless driving, you will likely pay more for an auto policy than someone with a single mid-range sedan and a perfect driving record. However, different insurers may charge different premiums for similar policies; so, finding the price that is right for you requires some legwork.
The policy limit is the maximum amount an insurer will pay under a policy for a covered loss. Maximums may be set per period (e.g., annual or policy term), per loss or injury, or over the life of the policy, also known as the lifetime maximum. Typically, higher limits carry higher premiums. For a general life insurance policy, the maximum amount the insurer will pay is referred to as the face value, which is the amount paid to a beneficiary upon the death of the insured.
The deductible is a specific amount the policy-holder must pay out-of-pocket before the insurer pays a claim. Deductibles serve as deterrents to large volumes of small and insignificant claims. Deductibles can apply per-policy or per-claim depending on the insurer and the type of policy.
Policies with very high deductibles are typically less expensive because the high out-of-pocket expense generally results in fewer small claims. In regards to health insurance, people who have chronic health issues or need regular medical attention should look for policies with lower deductibles. Though the annual premium is higher than a comparable policy with a higher deductible, less expensive access to medical care throughout the year may be worth the trade-off.

7th Salary Punch: Increasing Salaries Of Central Employees, Government, Know How Much Increase Will Be
Employees are increasing pressure on the government for their demands. The government does not want to take any risk before the Lok Sabha elections held next year. So no one is preparing to compromise.
According to a web site, the government can increase basic salaries of central employees before the Lok Sabha elections. One finance ministry official claims that the government can increase the fitment factor. So the basic pay of central employees can increase up to Rs. 3000. Fitament factor can increase from 2.57% to 3%, but central employees are demanding that the fitment factor is increased to 3.68%.
It was informed that in the beginning of 2016, the government increased the salary of central employees by about 14 percent. But the employee is not so happy they demanded that the minimum wage and fitness factor be increased. This demand is higher than the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission.

For enhanced participation of electors in the electoral process and reducing the electoral malpractices, it is essential to improve the quality of electoral registration process and of the electoral rolls. Booth Level Officer (BLO) is a local Government/Semi-Government official, familiar with the local electors and generally a voter in the same polling area who assists in updating the roll using his local knowledge. In fact, BLO is a representative of Election Commission of India (ECI) at the grass-root level who plays a pivotal role in the process of roll revision and collecting actual field information with regard to the roll corresponding to the polling area assigned to him.
Under Section 13B (2) of Representation of People Act, 1950, BLOs are appointed from amongst the officers of the Govt. /Semi Govt. /Local Bodies. Generally, one BLO is responsible for one part of the electoral roll. From August, 2006 the Commission has decided to introduce the concept of appointing BLOs who would be accountable for ensuring the fidelity of electoral roll.+
BLO assists eligible citizens to become voters and obtain voter card. BLO provides those different forms for addition, deletion and correction of Electoral Roll entries, carries out physical verification, and gives his/her report to Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) .The BLO interacts with local people/ political parties’ representatives and identifies.
